When you book a vehicle with Hawaii Jeep Rent, we collect personal information including:

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business, such as payment processors and insurance providers, only as necessary to complete your rental transaction.

Analytics data may include device, browser, approximate location, referring campaign, and interactions with booking or contact controls. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details to analytics.

5. SMS Text Messages

ALOHA RIDES HI OPS LLC, operating as Aloha Rides / Hawaii Jeep Rent, sends text messages only to people who have given consent on our SMS preferences page. Two independent programs are available and you may choose either or both:

Trip and customer care messages: booking confirmations, pickup and return reminders, fuel and vehicle handoff details, and support replies.
Promotional messages: reminders to finish a booking you started and occasional offers or discounts. Consent to promotional messages is optional and is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also email info@hawaiijeeprent.com or call (808) 559-9554 for support or to change your preferences.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and consent records are shared only with the contracted service providers that are necessary to operate the program — for example our messaging carrier and platform provider, and our hosting and database provider — and only so they can deliver and store the messages and consent records on our behalf.

When you submit the SMS preferences form, we store the mobile number, any name you provide, which programs you selected, the exact disclosure text and version shown to you, the page the request came from, a server timestamp, and technical metadata such as a hashed IP address and browser user agent, so we can evidence your consent. We keep a record of opt-outs so a number that has opted out is not re-enrolled without a new, explicit request.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment information is processed through secure, encrypted channels.
